Getting to stay home from school and go sledding with your friends? Awesome!

I was thinking about the odd utensils post the other day, and it reminded me that I just love the utensils my two year-old gets to use.

How sweet are those? Why do adults have to use lame metal forks and spoons?

The feeling you get when you get an A on your report card, and your parents tell you how proud they are – awesome.

I saw a young boy with his father yesterday, riding through the neighborhood on a new bicycle with training wheels. The look of unbridled joy on his face was priceless!

They may not be the next Picasso or Rembrandt, but they pour their soul into that popsicle stick art (or finger painting, or whatever).   And if it’s your child it’s the best art ever!
