I just had my first Otter Pop this past weekend. It was… sugary. I’m not sure that it had a flavor, per se, other than “sugar”. According to the manufacturer, they come in 8 flavors:

• Blue (blue raspberry) – Louie-Bloo Raspberry
• Pink (strawberry) – Strawberry Short Kook
• Yellow (lemon) – Rip Van Lemon (discontinued in the mid-1970s)
• Green (lemon-lime) – Sir Isaac Lime
• Red (tropical punch) – Poncho Punch
• Purple (grape) – Alexander the Grape
• Orange (orange) – Little Orphan Orange
• Dark Green (kiwi) – Kiwi Kensie
• Clear (mystery) – Mystery Miles

I didn’t really notice much flavor – my taste buds were freaking out a little bit. I think I had the grape. Anyway, the point is that KIDS LOVE OTTER POPS. The neighborhood kids were running around like crazy after eating them, and my three year-old… Woah. We almost had to stage an intervention.
